These Terms of Service apply to the Cima Development website, our mobile apps, beta programs, and related services provided by Breanna Hansen DBA Cima Development ("Cima Development," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Our Services

You may use our website and apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them in a way that could harm us, our users, or third parties.

Beta Features and Availability

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim arose.
