These Terms of Service apply to Lingua Learn, a language learning app provided by Breanna Hansen DBA Cima Development.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lingua Learn on supported devices for personal, lawful use.

Planned Features and Product Changes

Lingua Learn is in production. Lessons, speaking tools, progress systems, and other features may change, expand, or be removed as the product develops.

Acceptable Use

• Do not copy, resell, or exploit the app or its materials beyond permitted personal use.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the app, bypass protections, or access systems without authorization.
• Do not use the app in a way that breaks the law or violates another person's rights.

Educational Use Disclaimer

Lingua Learn is intended as a language learning aid. We do not guarantee fluency, certification results, or any specific educational outcome.

Intellectual Property

The app, including lessons, visual assets, branding, software, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Cima Development and protected by law.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Lingua Learn is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes and Termination

We may update the app, these Terms, or access rules at any time. If you continue using the app after an update takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
