DotJot Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of DotJot. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Features and Limits
DotJot includes journaling (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly), habit tracking (up to 5 habits), custom lists (up to 3 lists), themes, fonts, data backup/export, and reminders. You acknowledge these limits and agree they may be updated in future versions.
Use of the App
DotJot is a productivity and journaling tool. You are responsible for your content, including entries, habits, tasks, lists, and anything you choose to share.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in violation of applicable laws.
Content and Sharing
Users are responsible for their own content and sharing decisions. Shared content may include personal information, so share only with people you trust.
We are not responsible for misuse of shared content by recipients.
Backups, Exports, and Data
Backups and JSON exports are user-initiated and created locally on your device. You are responsible for storing backup files securely and verifying restore files before use.
We are not responsible for lost data, misuse of shared content, corruption of backup files, or unauthorized access to your device.
Disclaimer of Warranties
DotJot is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete error-free operation, or guaranteed recovery of deleted or corrupted data.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DotJot and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DotJot after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
