These Terms of Service apply to Celebrate Hub, an event and celebration planning app provided by Breanna Hansen DBA Cima Development.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Celebrate Hub for lawful, personal use on compatible devices.

Planned Features

Celebrate Hub is in production and features may be added, changed, delayed, or removed before or after public release. Any timelines shared publicly are estimates only.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of event details, reminders, contact information, and content you enter.
• You must ensure you have permission to upload or share any photos, text, or other content through the app.
• You may not use the app for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

Third-Party Platforms

Celebrate Hub may integrate with device features, app stores, or third-party services. Those services are controlled by their own providers and governed by their own terms.

Intellectual Property

Celebrate Hub, including its software, branding, design, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Cima Development and protected by law.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Celebrate Hub is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms, restrict access, or discontinue the app at any time as needed for business, security, or legal reasons.
